Our team, formerly part of Baily Garner (Health & Safety), is providing CDM Advisor support for the regeneration of the Waterloo Estate in Havering. The scheme will deliver over 550 new affordable homes, along with commercial space and open areas including a central village garden.
The site forms part of Havering Council and Wates Residential’s wider £1.5 billion joint venture, which aims to deliver at least 3,500 homes over 12 to 15 years across multiple locations. The existing estate, including two 11-storey towers, has already been demolished as part of the early phase works.
We are providing ongoing monitoring inspections and compliance advice to help ensure that construction proceeds safely and in line with CDM 2015 requirements. Our work supports clear communication and coordination between all duty holders on site.
This is a large, high-impact regeneration programme that will shape the borough’s housing for years to come. We’re proud to contribute our experience to help ensure its safe and successful delivery.
