Our team, formerly part of Baily Garner (Health & Safety), supported the delivery of Project Light, a landmark regeneration scheme beside Canada Water.
The project involved the demolition and construction of 234 new residential dwellings, a basement-level car park with 146 spaces, a new Decathlon store, and a multi-use games area. It also included shell and core delivery of a ground floor commercial unit.
We were appointed as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor, working closely with Notting Hill Housing to coordinate health and safety responsibilities from early design through to completion. This included regular site inspections and close collaboration with the contractor team to ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
Project Light has delivered much-needed housing and retail space to one of London’s fastest-growing regeneration areas, creating a safer and more vibrant environment for the community.
