Baily Garner becomes PIB Risk Management
We are pleased to announce that from 1 May 2025, Baily Garner (Health and Safety) Limited will become PIB Risk Management Limited.
In April 2022, BGHS was acquired by PIB Group Limited. Since then, the team has worked closely with colleagues across the wider PIB business to deliver an expanded range of services to clients. This change completes the integration, aligning the brand and legal entity with the rest of PIB Risk Management.
What’s changing?
- The legal entity will change from Baily Garner Health and Safety Limited to PIB Risk Management Limited
- Contracts will be transferred to PIB Risk Management Limited
- The team will operate under the PIB Risk Management name

- Our focus on friendly, professional service remains unchanged
- Our consultancy expertise is strengthened by new capabilities across training and risk software
Why we’re making the change
This rebrand reflects the growing collaboration between BGHS and PIB Risk Management. Clients are already seeing the benefits, including access to wider services such as training and xCenta, our digital safety and risk management platform.
