A hands-on, one-day course that gives designated first-aiders and staff the essential skills to respond to injuries and incidents at work. Ideal for small businesses, offices and customer-facing roles, it helps employers meet HSE first aid requirements.
Learn how to manage an emergency, perform CPR, treat common injuries and use an AED. Assessment includes a short test and practical exercises. Delegates receive a certificate valid for three years.
