Any personnel who need to be aware of hazards and risks and how to work through the process of risk assessment. It combines the background to why there is a need to undertake risk assessment together with actual practice of risk assessment.
Aimed to be interactive with personnel sharing their own experience of the practical aspects faced whilst addressing the issue of risk assessment whether it be identifying what is a ‘hazard’ or trying to document the risk assessment. The course also provides example case studies enabling personnel to identify why risk assessments were not ‘suitable and sufficient’.
