Documentation – Preparation and updating of contracts of employment, handbooks, policies and procedures that are tailored to the requirements of your organisation.
HR audit – Auditing of existing documentation to check for legal compliance. We also offer in the moment telephone advice during normal business hours.
On-site support – On-site visits can be arranged for advice and guidance on more complex matters such as redundancy, lay-off and short time working, TUPE implications and relocation.
Training – Training for a wide range of employment related issues, such as management of people at work, absence management, discipline and grievance handling, and basic introductions to Employment Law. This can be provided at a location that suits you or at our offices.
Tribunal service – Providing advice and guidance on handling of employment tribunal claims. We can offer a full service including preparation and representation at tribunal hearings, as well as dealing with any settlement negotiations through the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS).
